Who would have known that a metal band with Latin roots would kick total @$$. When I first heard of the metal/latin band who sang in Spanglish my brain screamed out to me "Gimmick Band!" But I was completly wrong, I love em!

dj shadow - high noon
for those who havent been made aware (and i suspect there are many), dj shadow is to the turntables what jimi hendrix was to the guitar. shadow is a mixing master, he cuts up like no one i've ever seen, and he plays and records his own percussion for his beats. he's one helluva dj. check out endtroducing... and preemptive strike.
