West Coast Blockbuster-3-way proposal

Prospect
Ran this through the ESPN trade machine & i was curious how the SAC KINGS fan base's reaction to this proposal would be. As a SUNS fan, i've been pushing for getting Ron Artest in here since the end of last season.(and gotten much grief from many SUNS fan's that are happy with just being fun to watch & get bounced from the playoffs annually)I'm curious as to where the pulse of the KINGS fan is in relation to where the KINGS are headed. Are you rebuilding? Etc...

We have no need for Earl Watson. We have Beno and I am sure we are looking to keep him after the season.

We have no need for Brian Skinner. He's a 6'9 PF/Center. Losing Brad puts Spencer into the starting C spot which he is not ready for yet. Skinner doesn't free up any salary of substance.

I doubt Marion would be even remotely thrilled going to a team like the Kings which are quite a few years away from turning their ship around. Something tells me he isn't looking to wind down his career with a team like ours. Artest for Marion is pretty much a wash statistically and if we were to trade Artest we would be looking for a PF since we have Salmons to take over the SF spot. Also in this scenario we would be looking to get a C since Miller is outgoing and no, Skinner is NOT that guy lol.

Cisco outgoing I am sure would be looked at as a significant loss to this team. He is much needed energy and scoring off the bench and we pick that up no where in this trade.

Outgoing: 46.8 PTS 18.5 REB 9.1 AST
Incoming: 28.7 PTS 17.1 REB 8.5 AST

As much as I want the Kings to score, rebound and assist less...

Sorry, no deal.

Thats some solid input Semi. However, Marion wants to go somewhere that he'll feel appreciated for his contributions which in my book say's he needs a change of scenery.
This proposal would prob give the Kings more of what they're looking for..no?
Again,it works financially. But i don't know if it's worth it to KING'S nation.

Marion is nice, but he ain't going to stick around on a rebuilding team is he? He's going to opt-out in the summer and sign with a contender. So basically we are renting him for half a season. Plus, we lose Cisco and take on Watson's contract. Not a good trade for us even if we get rid of Miller's contract, which I'm for (but Petrie isn't).

Now you're talking (although I'm puzzled why the Suns want Brad Miller). But this trade won't go down for cap reason - we'll be way over the cap NEXT season. So there must be a way for us to trade either Bibby or Kenny Thomas' contract for expiring or this one won't work.

I think Artest is better than Gasol. And Brad and Artest for Gasol? No way not ever never ever ever.

Skinner would never come back to sac after what he said when he left. Didn't he pull a Massenberg/Polynice on us?

To my knowledge, Brian Skinner never said anything bad about Sacramento.

Than I am thinking about someone else. I thought Skinner pulled a Massenburg on us or something.
