Yet he also led the Pacers to the playoffs and a win. Neither of which the Kings accomplished this yearDude’s become a no defense playing, foul baiting, Morgan Wallen-loving CAA stooge so yeah.
Pascal Siakam led the Pacers to the playoffs and a win. Tyrese was like the fourth best Pacer in the game.Yet he also led the Pacers to the playoffs and a win. Neither of which the Kings accomplished this year
Bwahahahah. You are the definition of a troll and a hater. Every post of yours is like a weird political comicPascal Siakam led the Pacers to the playoffs and a win. Tyrese was like the fourth best Pacer in the game.
Did you actually watch the game? One guy beat the Bucks and his name wasn’t Tyrese.Bwahahahah. You are the definition of a troll and a hater. Every post of yours is like a weird political comic
I’m wasn’t just talking about the game. I was talking about the totality of the season. Cuz everyone in the whole world would say Hali is the MVP of that team, everyone except you. Oh by the way, what was Hali’s +/- for the game? And 12:2 assist to TO ratio is pretty eliteDid you actually watch the game? One guy beat the Bucks and his name wasn’t Tyrese.
Chet>Paolo>Hali>Maxey
Paolo over Maxey/Hali is interesting. Just positional scarcity of a offensive hub wing over a guard?
The east is truly horrendousHali and the Pacers are getting so lucky with the Bucks rash of injuries this series, with Giannis and Lillard both Out and Middleton hobbled.
It's like a cake walk to the 2nd round.
I agree, though i'd love to see Paolo play with an SGA and see what it looks like when his life is made easier.Chet>Paolo>Hali>Maxey
Dude only took eight shots and 7 of those were threes and he missed all of them and played 25 minutes.
Did he watch too much of his own hype this offseason? Too much time being a celebrity? Hali is one of my favorite players, but this is hideous. 1/16 from three to start the season 6/26 from the field overall. He looks lost on the court and not trying at all on defense. Seems like something is wrong with him.
He had that truly disgustingly good 2 month run last year in Nov/Dec where he was playing like a combo of prime Steph and Steve Nash, but he hasn't touched those levels since. Month by Month:
Jan: 17.9 PPG, 4.6 RPG, 11.6 APG, 30% from 3, 56% TS
Feb: 16.1 PPG, 2.7 RPG, 8.9 APG, 38% from 3, 59.9% TS
March 16.7 PPG, 4.6 RPG, 9.1 APG, 27% from 3, 54% TS
April: 18.9 PPG, 3.7 RPG, 10.0 APG, 35.7% from 3, 63.1% TS
Playoffs: 18.7 PPG, 4.8 RPG, 8.2 APG, 37.9% from 3, 62% TS
Obviously, still incredibly good, but new face of the league that everyone was trying to hype him to be? Eh, I don't think so. He's been like a good All-star level production, somewhere in the top 15-25 players since Jan. Not someone who's going to challenge Ant/Luka/Wemby/Jokic as the best player in the league.
Tyrese just got to interview Barack Obama on JJ Redick's podcast channel. Even when he's throwing up zero's he's still winning at life. Rough night for him at Madison Square Garden tonight but he'll survive. He's still one of the all-time great dudes in the NBA.
Maybe he’s lost his focus and edge on basketball and wants to become a social media star?
One thing is for sure, he better get his head on straight and focus on basketball during the season, otherwise that super max contract will become an albatross for the Pacers.

the Ben Simmons route? I don't know, too early to make those presumptions. lets revisit after 20-30 games.
Tyrese Haliburton is about as far away from Ben Simmons personality-wise and basketball-wise as a person could possibly be.
