TRob ignores teammates high five

Anyone know why he did that? Did Alex say something to make him made? Some stupid kstate fan posted this on a KU message board saying hes such a bad person blah blah blah... I'm sure Trob had a reason he doesn't seem like the type that would do that just because the guy is an undrafted rookie. Figured I'd come here since you guys are probably following him more closely than anyone.

Thanks

i saw that too, but assumed that he didnt see him. he looked to his back left at jimmer than the other player on the left. maybe he just missed him.

I really don't care. This stuff happens all the time. If you've played, you realize the frustration you have going back to the bench sometimes if things aren't going well. Does this make Lebron a bad person? And that's the freakin head coach.

I remember when I saw that live and I got a chuckle. I don't think he saw him though. I think Jimmer came up from behind saying whatever which caused him to look away right when the other dude was coming up to him. lol I could see Demarcus doing something like that on purpose though.

No big deal.

When you're tired and having to have to throw the ball for the second free throw you tend to concentrate on that second free throw as soon and as much as you can. He high-fived two players already and I am pretty sure he just missed that guy on his right, or just got a little bit lazy doing it for the third time. You can tell because he checked and looked to his right to see if he was okay not getting the high-five. He probably thought it was okay and proceeded with his free throw.

Oh. I agree with the previous post. I could also see Demarcus doing something like that on purpose though. Not that Cousins is that bad, but he is that juvenile. lol

Well Cuz said f*** you to Westy in Dec when going to the bench, so he's already done worse. Seemed to say something similar to Smart when Smart was screwing up sub patterns late in the year as well. This happens on every team. It's a part of competition. TRob is most likely just frustrated with how he's been playing. This is my last post on this as I think it's a waste of time.

Hmm I don't think LeBron is the best example to use if youre trying to show what a nice guy TRob is..

TRob has had some terrible playing time in summer league and has gotten down on himself, especially in the Tuesday game. He is in his own world trying to figure it out while at the same time trying to improve his FT shooting. I think everyone is a little bit right in the thread as he is a great kid but going thru a rough stretch right now. Be sure to watch wednesdays game for some improvements.

Cruzdude, if you get a chance you should advice TRob to relax and let the game come to him. The organization believes in him and he shouldn't feel a need to prove that he's the next coming of Charles Barkley. Oh, and tell him to try challenging shots once in a while or at least putting his hands up.

You are trying to get CD punched by a large human being. :p

T-Rob's biggest problem IMO is who he is playing with. He is the type of big that is going to thrive in the pick and roll/pick and pop. That isn't happening as all of the summer league PGs aren't passers and guards are looking to get their own in summer league.

If people examined themselves and their lives as much as you all are examining whether "TRob" did or did not on-purpose not high five somebody, this world would be free of poverty, oppression, pollution, drug abuse, and corruptness. You people are ridiculous.

Last I checked nobody in this thread was judging TRob...

He clearly just didn't see him. Don't you all have more important things to do with your lives? Watch a reality TV show or something if you need to find pointless drama.

Or maybe this drama is being created so we don't have to watch some of those reality shows. In any case, very funny.

Bajaden here! Cruzdude is at the emergency room due to some question he asked T Robb. Apparently he offered some advice from someone named Mac. Just kidding! Just kidding! Seriously, T Robb needs to let the game come to him instead of going a thousand miles an hour and forcing things.

As far as the high fiving goes, people are making a mountain out of a molehill. T. Robb is playing badly, and he really gets down on himself. as

As a result he doesn't like talking to anyone or doing any type of celebration. He passes up interviews if he can after games. Which is why Cruzdude is going for his interview prior to todays game. Hopefully he'll have a good game today. Later!

You get an F in reading comprehension of my post. Flat out F. Care to try to comprehend that again? It's not that hard.
Ouch.

um, unless I'm mistaken, he just did not see him once he started walking over to whoever else that was out there.
That looked like a slight on purpose. But who cares?

Shame on all of you for coming to a sports forum, spending time to look at a video of T-Rob not high 5-ing a team mate, and worst still, defending him! All of you should have spent that 10 seconds of your life reflecting on what a bad person you are instead. You guys are ridiculous.

I used that 10 seconds as requested and broke out in a profound depression. Thanks. :)

The reasoning behind the term "The Dreaded Off-Season" is never more apparent than when a thread like this pops up. There's always something going on in which someone can manage to find an imaged slight. With the social media and smartphones, however, those same "slights" are immediately turned viral. It's part of the territory. Hopefully this will soon be replaced by a new breaking story of absolutely no importance whatsoever. ;)

I didn't mean to make a big deal out of this. In fact I think it's a none issue. I wouldn't had brought it up if a stupid KState fan hadn't brought it to my attention. KSU fans have little brother syndrome and like to find fault in anything a KU player does. So I was trying to find a reason for that, and KSU refuses to believe that he didn't see him. Oh well, its a dead issue now.

Like this forum and have been checking on it every day or two. Will be keeping up with the team and Trob's performance. Hopefully he has more games like the last summer league game. Once he gets more experience and improves his skills he will be a heckuva player for the Kings. He will be a double double machine and score 20 or more points quite often. His passing ability will only help him and his teammates especially if teams try to double team him or trap him.

Good luck this season and Rock Chalk Jayhawk!
