Well, no one can lock him down or shut him down.
But can slow him down well, as was showed in the Arco game earlier this season (17 pts directly, 24 pts total, not counting the two threes in garbage time, on 28 shots). Also, before when he was in season shape back in 2004 w/ Indy (obviously with help from the team defense again), he was held to the mid-teens in points both times, I think. The first game in LA I don't really take into account because Artest wasn't (and still isn't, but is definitely better since) in shape or as into things with the Kings then. It was a mixed battle and Kobe ultimately won. The second in LA wasn't a bad job on him, but not near the Arco or 2004 games, also was on the second of a back-to-back.
