TORNADO WARNING - Yuba City to Browns Valley

A tornado warning has been issued for the area south of Yuba City, (Oliverhurst and Linda) extending north/northeast to Browns Valley.

Please, if you're in either of those areas, take shelter NOW!!!

Update: Tornado warning still in effect until 3:15 p.m. According to weatherman Mark Finan, Channel 3 has received a LOT of calls regarding funnel clouds being spotted.

In addition, there is a very strong storm cell going through the North Highlands and Citrus Heights areas, heading for Roseville. No tornado warning but he says people should be very careful in those areas, stay inside away from windows, etc.

Be careful out there, those of you in the areas mentioned.

Only about 45 miles south of me, Yikes! I'm hoping the storm doesn't turn north towards Butte County.
