Tmac

amazing

He's really stepped up his game in this years POs...you can see the desire on his face...and tonight with Yao's great start to the game...Tracy didn't have to look to score early...saving some of his energy and setting up his teammates...10 assists...is just great...28pts 8rbs 10assists is even better...I'm really lovin him right about now...I hope he keeps up the good work its been fun to watch

T-Mac has been one of my favorate players for a long time.

Did you guys hear him durring the postgame interview? He aknowledged his humiliation after blowing the 3-1 lead 2 years ago. I found that amusing, and a bit satisfying. I am sure the 18-bazillion game loosing streak the next season contributed to his deflating ego as well.

I think he finaly "gets it". He is so fun to watch.

I just hope he doesn't start talking about "how great it is to finally move on the second round" at tomorrow's practice.

I've always liked him but he really seems to have changed his attitude which is good news

I agree. I am finally seeing a bit of maturity that I've never seen before. Now that Tracy isn't spending all of his time trying to be "the man, " he is making many players around him so much better. After years in Orlando trying to do everything himself, he finally seems to know that basketball is a team sport.

I was expecting to see him guard Dirk a bit, and he did a good job. It's a blessing in disguise for the Rockets that they lost Juwan Howard.

That might've possibly come from the fact that most of the players with him in Orlando were incompetent? I think a full-season from Grant Hill during T-Mac's tenure would've changed a lot of perspectives.

But I must agree that this seems to be the year that McGrady becomes a legitimate superstar. The fact that he can play within himself and not have to try to be everything to everyone seems to rest well with him. And I'm glad he's smart enough to consistently defer to Yao, which is something that Steve Francis was never smart enough to do. I root for that duo.

TMac is my new favorite player, and that means he MUST be good coming from a Mavs fan.

yes, he is very good. i dont anybody anywhere ever really doubted his talent. most, however, point to his work ethic as a problem area. he's showing a lot more hustle and heart in the playoffs so far, and thats good to see. and i really hope he makes himself a better player by continuing to involve his teammates. i would take t-mac over kobe any day for the simple fact that just yesterday i watched t-mac rack up 10 assists. he took smart shots, and didnt force the issue like bryant would.

with all that said, i would absolutely love to watch houston sweep dallas. :p
