No offense, but if I was judging Texas Hold Em by this show I would never play the game again. Talk about a waste of broadcasting time.
IMHO this is simply a blatant attempt by ESPN to cash in on the current craze by making yet another sappy night-time soap opera. I watched it twice, just to be fair. I should have used the time to better advantage - I could have counted pine needles or something.
If you want to learn about Texas Hold Em, watch something like World Poker Tour or Celebrity Poker Showdown.

While its hard to argue the greatness (or, at least, coolness) of Mr. Blonde, Madsen wasn't enough to get me to watch Free Willy, either.
I saw a few minutes of the show the other night while waiting for "NBA Fastbreak" to start, but I wasn't terribly impressed. Was neither good enough, or bad enough to draw me in.

IMO, this is an entertaining show. I don't play poker, but I can still follow it. Matador's daughter is a smokin' babe (for a skank)! That alone makes it worth watching.
And BTW, am I the only one who thinks it's obvious that Seymour was taken out by the cop who drove all the way to Wyoming on a wild goose chase? Seymour's team seems to think it was Low Ball and Matador.
