im sure george is sitting on some crazy demand as he did with the arena deal, this is not going to get done without a strong arming from stern, in my opinion.

I haven't had one bit of elation since the finance committee came out with their recommendation. Still waiting to hear that the signatures are on the paper. Once that happens, then I can finally take a breath.

same here, you just cant trust these guys, we were fooled by celebrating the arena deal/ kings DT rally but it wont happen again until the title of the team is confirmed to be transfered.

Yep. The vote was huge but expected after the committee recommendation. But the Maloofs actually selling to the Ranadive group would be when I'd actually call this a victory for Sacramento.

No more talk of Hansen as a minority owner, or the Maloofs clinging on for another year or even of anti-trust suits since the Maloofs are really the only ones in a position to take that battle to court.

To actually be able to think about my team in BASKETBALL terms again? That will be fantastic.

I have reasonable hopes that not only will we return to discussing basketball but the terms lins and wosses will be a part of the distant past.

Sounds like Anjali is definitely all in on making Kings song but maybe remaining Warriors fan, also attending UC Berkeley. Hopefully, dad can convince her Kings Nation is where she belongs for the long haul.

OMG! That lil girl Anjali Ranadive is going to be an instant celebrity around here in Sac. Just wait until she infuse some Bollywood in the mix. I expect Bollywood night like they had at Oracle and a lot of Indian flavors. Hope they also bring some 'Curry' ;) or may be find our own chutney. On the serious note though, I hope they somehow bring and devolp This Satnam Bhamra kid to sac. He will bring a lot of local Indian fans and we have first step in overseas Indian market and media.

While it might be kind of funny to make Grant and Jerry sing out their pregame show, if they make the players do a song and dance on court, I am turning it off.

No No, I didn't mean that that they bring players to sing.I just happen to like a basketball player that I wish they add to the team for the sake of flavor, "Curry". The other kid for promotional purposes for now but he could also develop into something good in future. Satnam Bhamra is from.. well 20 miles where I come from.
