This is why petrie keeps things like this under wraps until they are consumated. I guarantee that the leak of the deal going down was by the Pacer Org.

This hurts the Kings and Peja, for multiple reasons. It shows what they are willing to accept for him and it makes the Kings look bad to Peja and he may not forgive them, and walk no matter what this offseason.

Maloofs and Petrie did the right thing, with limited options to back out but they will feel the ramifications of this for years to come....

It's impossible not to keep this under wraps. It got submitted to the league office, prior to that this deal had been seen as dead for more than a month, only a latent rumor that never got much attention. I don't see the point of this thred- this is already being discussed over and over in other threads. This isn't some new topic that needs its own discussion.
