The silent assassin

Brad will bounce back, he can do so many things well he just needs some help on the inside that addresses his weaknesses SAR and KT just do not cut it. Petrie needs to address this issue more than anything, unfortunately it's also one of the hardest kind of guys to get. Miller can play the 4 too though so either a 4 or a 5 with the right attributes will do... and while he's been far from perfect the last couple of seasons, I'm cautiously optimistic that Petrie can work his magic once again. It's the start of a new era and we all know what he did to kick off the last one...

Actually yes! It was all over the papers for a week leading up to when the trade was officially done.

Agreed. As was the "silent" Miller deal. Several posters here, myself included, had called for his signing at the beginning at that summer, then as it progressed the Kings popped up in the rumor mill when it had just been assumed he'd be going to Utah or back to Indiana. Two or three days later it was official.
