Ok..... so who is really at fault here in case of kobe vs. Malone, I am not sure. It is simply he said/he said case.
If Malone did what Vanessa says...... well, then he is nothing more but a dirty old pig (pardon my language guys)......but if this is just Kobe making things up (in order to make himself look better re. those comments he made), then he has certainly stooped lower then I ever expected he would.

In the end, both Kobe and Karl are spotlight freaks, but I can see the point of those on the board who are touting the influence of the media. It's a bit of a vicious circle, really. The media wouldn't look so hard for these types of stories were people not so inclined to discuss them (note the five pages of posts to this thread).

And might I add that Ric Bucher may as well just become Kobe's media manager as quickly as he came out in defense of Kobe by bashing Malone after this little story broke.

SOMEONE had to, not that I think Kobe is in the right but it's always good to consider both sides of the story...

just heard this on cnn and it was priceless, you know karl malone should retire when he tries to make a pass at a girl and it gets blocked. shot...pass...block...steal, whatever i thought it was funny
