I said it (or at least thought it) when we lost our starters, that this period would be a great growing experience for a talented team looking for an identity. Players have stepped up off one of the league's worst benches and produced. The challenge has forced some of this team's heart to come to the surface. Mike Bibby is finally figuring out what it really means to be a leader. Our young players are getting confident. Arco arena is starting to show some life again as a limping team overcomes the odds.
I am not saying that we're about to make a championship push, but I am starting to be realistically optimistic, instead of just stubbornly optimistic. We'll see how thigs shake down on this road trip.
