Jon Brockman fell in his left hip during today's practice - having X-Rays right now #nbakings

Egads! Hope it's nothing serious. I'm thinking Armstrong will inexplicably start for a while.

The Kings will be the Kings after all. I'm half surprised 'Reke hasn't been hit by a bus yet, knowing our luck.

We're playing with fire here. If we lose Brock, JT, or Spencer to any kind of an injury, we're pretty much screwed.

Someone give that man a BUS SCHEDULE!!!

Seriously though, I hope Brockman is ok. They say he practices like he plays. He is what I call a 100% effort guy. He has to give 100% all the time to make up for other areas of his game and his size. That's no Knock on Brock, it's a complement! If every Kings player played with the passion and determination of John Brockman, we wouldn't be on a 7 game skid right now! I think if every Kings player played to their potential and somehow the chemistry was perfect, this team could be hovering around .500. But since that isn't the way it works, and the season is a long one, and players DO get injuries that slow them down or even takes them out of games completely, we have to just appreciate players like Brock all the more! I truly hope he is ok and that he can go tomorrow against the Warriors. We need a win in a BAD way, and the W's just might be the recipients of some pent up frustrations! :D

I hope that "Reke avoids all busses and has a super game against the W's. The Warriors interior defense is as bad or worse than ours. He should be able to get to the rim against the Warriors and make things happen. For Martin, it is just a matter of time before he starts hitting the bulls eye. He is a phenomenal scorer and it wont be long before he is droppin 25 and 30 a night! I can't wait for those 2 guys to be hitting on all cylinders and the Kings just pull together and rally for a win.

I just Know that Petrie has something cooking to shake up the King's front court. It may not be something we initially like, but if it is something that works then I say pull the trigger! The Front court of the Kings has played pretty poor if Hilton Armstrong can get playing time. I mean really, he isn't a very good player. The Kings need a solid defensive center to shore up the front court. Spencer can come off the bench and have time to grow and learn the NBA game. Maybe JT will benefit from a change at center too. Lets hope that Petrie has SOMETHING planned or this is gonna be one long season.
