Thanks, Carl! You always kept your head up, despite the fact that the team was down, and after a few bad outings in a row, you always found a way to come back with a good showing to remind us what you were capable of. Best of luck in the Big Easy and wherever the winds of free agency may take you after that!

Nobody can complain(much) about Carl. He was a good guy in a very bad situation. As bad as this team is at the momet, we didn't need him. That's not his fault.

Thank god no David Andersen! Cash and Thornton sounds good to me. Besides all that, Thanks for the hard play and hustle Carl, you weren't a fit in Sac but I'm sure you will flourish elsewhere.

Carl, a big THANK YOU for everything you did for this team and community! You truly do seem to be a class act. I have begun to not like that term very much anymore because I think it is thrown around to loosely on players who really are not a class act, but in my mind you do fit the build of a class act player. A friendly, well spoken, team player. You will be greatly missed on and off the court. However, I am very happy that you get the chance to play with a good squad now, best of luck to you. :)

I loved him on the Rockets. Loved his toughness and attitude. I hate to see him go, I think he would have eventually adjusted and played well, but it makes room for playing time for our other bigs.
