TDDS - 2020 Shelter-in-Place on a Desert Island Music Draft - BONUS 5

- I considered the 'Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2' soundtrack for my last pick. I'm not super keen on the songs, but do think of them as background music to my early teen years.

That would have been a great move. I think I am a bit more nostalgic for THPS 1. I can't believe I am glued to the youtubes waiting for Goldfinger to drop a new quarantine video but when they did the first one I was like "ok, now where's Superman?" (I was a little too punk rock to appreciate them in the 90s, but go figure Jon Feldman made my go to drumkit for drum programming).

THPS 1/2 4k HD is due in August or September but they want $50 for it. Gonna wait for a sale (and the Skate games blew THPS out of the water) but ultimately I think I'll go for them.

I flirted with the idea of making the Video Days soundtrack one of my picks in the bonus rounds. I spent a lot of time watching skate videos in my later teenage years and I really like the first song in this clip, The Knife Song, which can't be found anywhere else.
