I see after every loss everybody loves to blame the refs. The refs arent responsible for this teams obivous shortcomings. It's time to look in the mirror.
Why would I look in the mirror? The one thing I'm pretty sure isn't the case is that it's my fault. I'm cheering as hard as I can.I see after every loss everybody loves to blame the refs. The refs arent responsible for this teams obivous shortcomings. It's time to look in the mirror.
Kudos for an active imagination! The implementation of such a system would be revolutionary enough to cause a revolution.***content removed***
Interesting…like a missed call adjusted record. Very interesting. Would have to think more how the L2M report could be used in this way.***content removed***
We're 20th in FTAs / per game, but also 25th in attempts inside 5 feet, and 30th in FT %.
We are getting screwed by the refs, particularly Fox and Domas. Makes no sense to claim that doesn't impact the W/L column. And FTAs are part of the modern NBA, so "depending on foul calls" isn't a bad strategy bc its part of the game
But as stats show we're also not being aggressive enough towards the basket (too many Fox middies) and we're missing our free throws anyways
After that debacle in 2002, blaming the refs for anything and everything at this point is 100% justified.I see after every loss everybody loves to blame the refs. The refs arent responsible for this teams obivous shortcomings. It's time to look in the mirror.
Hard to improve when you barely get there. Would be nice to see how they do with the opportunity to get into some sort of Rhythm, but yes - they do need to improve at the line and for the most part they have.sabonis and Fox getting to the line more would just put a spotlight on how horrible they are at the line.
The center shooting above 70% is not horrible, actually probably around average for that position ( just a guess , don't feel like looking up)sabonis and Fox getting to the line more would just put a spotlight on how horrible they are at the line.
Ok, I was off on that one , the average for centers seems to be around 73%, so Sabonis is definitely below averageThe center shooting above 70% is not horrible, actually probably around average for that position ( just a guess , don't feel like looking up)
