Spurs vs. Sonics: Who do we want to win?

Personally, although the Kings & Sonics have very close records and a Sonics loss would boost the Kings up there for the 3rd spot, I would rather have the Sonics win tonight. I want the Spurs confidence to crash. A 3rd loss to the Sonics would do just that. We can catch up to the Sonics by beating them tomorrow night.

I was thinking the same thing as you but sometimes when teams have a tough loss they tend to go into their next few games deflated, especially on the road. I hope it's a triple overtime loss for the Sonics.

don't worry about the Spurs they will hit "rock bottom" for them when they go on their Rodeo Roadtrip...for those who don't know the 2 week long road trip they have in February every year cuz the Rodeo comes rolling through San Antonio so the spurs have to get out of there

but you can see the rest of my sentiment on this subject in the thread that was started in the NBA forum

It's a good thing Kings don't have something like that. :D

I think the Blazers just had a recent long trip too because at the Rose Garden(?) they were having some Ice skating concert?

yeah they are serious about their ice skating in Oregon...thats where the wannabe pros train...i have a friend who use to own a coffeeshop right across from an ice skating rink where Tonya Harding use to practice...along with a lot of other hardcore "i wanna be in the Olympics" teenage girls

At the half Spurs up by 14. I like knowing the Sonics are vulnerable, because when I watched them play earlier this season they wre so good it was scary, but I'll go with them since they are the underdogs. If only we could get Pedja some Ginoble lessons.

spurs look forward to the rodeo trip. they went 8-1 in the 02/2003 trip, 6-1 in 02/2004 trip. pop calls it a bonding experience.
