I think it would be awesome if it was done like the NCAA tourney. Eight games the first weekend down to 8 teams, then four games the next weekend down to 4 teams, then the last two games on the last weekend. I would probably watch every single game - fourteen successively intense elimination games!

The owners would never go for it though, losing all that revenue from home playoff games.
