I think that's pretty close, Pollard was always good for morale, too, as he was the guy you could count on to never lose his sense of humor.

And the key to no longer being small would be preceiely to put him at PF. When you've got a big who can play either spot, play him at the smaller position. Then for once YOU have the size advantage.
Still don't like him unless all the bigs wiht high end potential are gone. Ironically would very much like him if we for instance managed to trade for Charlotte's #8 or some such to go along wiht our #10. Get me the guys with star potential (perhaps Yi) and THEN add in Noah, and I'm pretty happy with that pcik as he's a good wingman. Pick him by himself when he's got nobody to be wingman too, and its not nearly so interesting. Heck, let's get #8, #10 and #20 and add in Splitter as well. Yi, Noah, Splitter...be a pretty good haul. Ooh...except I like Young and Smith as sleepers too, so we mgiht need maybe #15 and #16 as well. Ooh, and I liek Belinelli even thoough he is an OG, so probably need #22 or so. Ooh, and if Julian Wright slips might as well take a flyer on him too, so will need #11. Ooh, and maybe we can snag Koppenen if we get the #25....

The team is going to be built around Kevin Martin and an uptempo offense. We have vets already at the 4 and 5, and no young players other than Justin Williams. The pick makes sense in every possible aspect.
Why not the Kings? They need to rebuild, and are going to run an uptempo offense which fits Noah perfectly.
