We went on a nice run with Douby and Hawes out there , Douby was like pesk on the defensive side of the ball, Hawes cleaning up the inside nicely.

I hope they see the court more, and where has Beno been ?

Okay, never mind the snoozer comment. Spencer is making this game more interesting. I sure like that kid.

See? This is what I'm talking about rebuilding actually being more interesting. The kids are at least fun to watch!

Kevin has pretty much been taken out of the offensive game by two things.

1) Good coverage by the Sonics
2) No Brad Miller

Brad has been the one hitting Martin on those cuts inside. Without Brad, the offense simply doesn't look the same...at all. And Artest isn't getting him the ball when he has any kind of chance at a shot either.

That's definitely a good reason to keep Brad around. At least long enough so Spencer picks up on all his tricks...

No, actually John Salmons is being John Salmons. He's not the problem. The team just doesn't have the same fluidity without a strong center presence. We were actually playing a lot better IMHO with Hawes at the 5. Moore isn't a center. If I were coach I'd shift Moore back to the 4, Artest back to the 3 and bring in Spencer. At this point I don't think it could hurt - and it might restore part of Martin's game which is integral - again IMHO - to a Kings win.
