I've been avoiding this site like the Plague over the past week...last time I was here was Monday night...and to tell you the truth I feel really good about it...

I've said from the beginning that the only thing I really wanted to see from the Kings during this years playoffs was them to play hard and with great effort...I didn't care if we lost the series or not...i seriously REFUSE to set myself up for dissappointment...but so far in the series I have NOT seen that effort or the team playing HARD for one entire game...THIS IS THE PLAYOFFS! I want to see them play hard and as a team and for THIS team in THIS years POs thats good enough for me...I don't care if they lost the series or lost games here and there but as long as they played well together and fought..I mean I hate to say I don't care if they lose cuz obviously being a Kings fan I care about the team but the losses have not bothered me as much as they have bothered most and it DEFIINETLY WOULD NOT bother me if they lost but still played hard....but like I said so far nothing...HOPEFULLY that changes tonight...and I truly expect since they wil be home in Sac at ARCO to come out with a W with the team playing hard...

I believe that they can come back and at least make it a "series" but if they don't start playing like a team....

I basically see this as a "triage" game for the Kings.

Are they dead?

Are they dead but just don't know it yet?

Can they be saved?

Can they at least help ease Kings fans pain even if its just for a little while?

I believe at least part of one of these questions will be answered tonight, which won will be determined by them and only them.

I will echo what IHR8B said...

Well if there ever was a must win game then I would venture to say that this is it. Seattle can drive a nice long spike in our heads tonight.

Last game I listed some things I expected to see. All were wrong so this game I have no idea what to expect.

One thing I hope for is 110% from EVERY player - starters, benchies and the coaches. Hell I better see the towel boys and the floor wipers running at full speed. NO QUITERS ALLOWED TONIGHT!

I want/hope to see effort, intensity, hustle and most of all for the ENTIRE 4 qtrs. If we lose and it’s a 110% effort FOR THE entire game then I can live with that. I won't be happy but at least I can live with it.

Oh sure, I feel the same way as both you guys and expressed my feelings and I get slammed on this board by some *EDIT* just because I have a junior status and made a silly joke... geez :rolleyes: . But anyways, I hope the kings DO do better today and put a better effort then both the first 2 games combined. GO KINGS!!!

I know Kings fans will bring their A game at ARCO tonight. I hope the players will too because they'll need to in order to win the next 2 games.

Hey Kids I just down the street from Arco getting ready for the game. Bottom line: If someone wants a pair of tickets at face value call me. I [posted my umber and info in the Tickets thread. Hate to see a pair go to waste

I went out today and bought a pair of RED sox:D . I am wearing them with my playoff shirt and purple sweater. ( I am styling ;) ) The Sox were down and everyone thought that it was over and they came back and won the World Series why can't the Kings? Nothing is impossible if you truly believe!!
