I am still worried that they still haven't figured out what Evans really is yet, but I'll give them time to show they realize what they have.

Now that the roster is not that much deficient in other areas talent-wise, I think there is now a greater chance ( although still small ) that Evans would be used as a full-fledge shooting guard ala-Kobe. Shaq/Bryant for the old Lakers team and Cousins/Evans for the new Kings. Now we only need a Derek Fisher role-player for our own version. And I hope he comes at least 6' 5" in height, not ball dominant, so we can still enjoy the mismatch it will bring at 1 and 2.

it didn't really start until trading away artest, and trading away salmons for beans was the final signal of total commitment to rebuilding. (with the artest pick Petrie steped to the edge of the cliff and closed his eyes, with salmons he was actually off the cliff seeing where the winds-- and gravity-- would take us.
