Sacramento Kings

yes, who are they?? Are the Kings the team that just blew out the Clippers, or are they the team that just suffered a 5 game losing streak? I love the way they played tonight, and they looked like a "TEAM" for the first time in a long time. But, what team is going to show for our next game?

Come to think of it...I have one....

Didn't Bibby and MIller's two man game tonight remind you of Bibby and Webb?

I know one game doesn't necessarily make a huge difference...but it was nice to see the full potential of the concept of "effort" finally realized on the court. Plus Bibby and MIller (our two Captains) finally acted like leaders out there.

Cheers for this game and hopefully for more to come! And Cheers to all the loyal fans out there that love their Kings no matter what!

This game really opens up WAY more questions than it answered.
I agree. Just when I thought I had figured out that it was just going to be ugly this year, a game like this happens and I think, hmm.... maybe when the lineup is right & the players are motivated (and maybe the moon is in the right place?) we can be good! I think it just made RA's job more difficult, because if this group continues to perform well, how do you handle it when these guys return from their injuries?

Simple. Just go with the momentum and slowly bring the injured guys off the bench back into the rotation. Of course there's a lot of work for this current team lineup before this even becomes an issue.

The old starters will get back their minutes of course, and then there will be soem SERIOUS screeching in Kingsland. Assuming of course these guys can come even remotely close to duplicating this, which they may well not.

Now what should happen is that Geoff should help clear up some of this mess in the interim. Actually if I were a Maloof I would simplify that for him by telling him "Geoff, you WILL clear up some of this mess in the next few weeks."

11-17

last in the Pacific

second worst in the West (tied with Rockets)

other than that - everything is great - just great
And only 3 games behind the Warriors who are currently in 8th place in the West. We have 54 games to go.

It was a win. It ended a losing streak. It was a game we led from start to finish. Yes, there are a lot of questions but...one game at a time.

I think this game showed us what we need to do - trade everyone who is currently injured and we'll ride the hot hands from last night the rest of the year!

Actually, like GGG, I think you just enjoy this for a day or two before asking the questions RA and GP are already working on.....
