wow i really think they get a really good fair shake in this deal. Bosh for Wallace+Felton+JT is a good offer

i can give you that argument, but my reason for this trade is, they shed off salary with getting kenny's expiring contract, and i believe Beno's deal he is worth. A good serviceable backup PG. And Garcia, though not on the level of Gerald, but he's a larry brown kind of guy and i'm sure if he gets a new change of scenary, Garcia can be very good

There is no possible way that Toronto sends Bosh our way without wanting our high draft pick in return. It's the burden of having the worst record in the league, every team that trades an all-star to us will want that pick.

Shedding of Salary doesn't do much good for Charlotte when they're getting nothing really worthwhile in return. Garcia is solid, but Beno is way overpaid for a backup PG. Plus Felton expires at the end of this season, so they dont really have him for trade bait when he can just walk unless they do a sign and trade with him.... Charlotte just gives up too many assets for too little in return imo. They might do it for straight expirings if they feel they have a shot in the 2010 race

Sorry, I don't understand how you think we get screwed?

We get Chris Bosh.. We lose 2 bad contracts (Beno and KT). We give up Garcia + JT + Late Draft Pick... to me this is a pretty fair deal and we still get an expiring back

not enough 1st round picks to go around....this trade needs help. Bosh didn't like canada, he most certainly wont like northerncalifornia. He should also stay in the east(his sentiments i assume) or his production could drop based on unfamiliarity with the west Conf. I wouldn't trade thompson because he is still very much on the climb, while Bosh's hunger is a revolving door of a question.
