yeah, or you could finish with the worst record in the league and still get the #4 pick, so like i said, it doesnt matter, win the game

The thing is, this year its the top 4 picks that are the most crucial. We're currently in a 3 way tie for 3rd before the end of this game. We can potentially get the 3rd pick (Cousins, favors?). If we win this totally meaningless game we could potentially get the 6-7th pick (?). The drop off in talent and potential between the 3-4 pick and the 6-7 pick is HUGE. So yes, the lottery does matter, ALOT. Go Rockets! Kings lose for the love of god!
