Ric Bucher is an idiot...and this simply isn't worth it's own thread. We already have a number of threads going that are discussing the various possibilities.

I doubt Bucher knows anything -- he rarely does.

That said, Rambis has as much to be said for him as any of the other assistant coach candidates. He's certainly had the right mentors. Not sure how much different to feel about getting Rambis than getting Shaw, or Iavaroni, or Thibbadeau, or Brooks or....etc. etc.

Actualy Kurt does have that one prior head coaching stint which cuts both ways. A 24-13 lifetime mark is something any of those other guys would be lucky to cheive. But the sense that it was a failed stint anyway is not.
