Thats the nba, you have one season or even one post season of success and you land a great deal and then you dont have to do anything. Jerome james atleast is getting only 30 million you can look at so many other overpaid athletes or guys in the nba with almost every team

According to hoops hype, the top 30 nba salaries are given, the following list is just a list that I find over paid.

Allan Houston 20 million this year
Finley 20 million
Webber 18 million
Brian Grant 17 million
Marbury 17
Jalen Rose 16
Steve Francis 15

NY Knicks no wonder have the most in that overrated list and have a whopping 139 Mil in payroll

Dallas is second with 94
Sixers 79 (but that is inclusive of Webbers contract )
Lakers 77 (Inclusive of Brian Grant)


Chicago seems to be the best of these with only a 53 mil payroll

For kings fans, kings are at 63 with Bibby at 12 million per

Brad though overpaid, did have a couple of good seasons before landing that mega deal from Sacto. Even the first couple of years he kinda earned his money in the system. Its without the princeton offense that his strengths are not utilized and we are expecting him to contribute in other ways such as rebouding and blocking which he was not very good to start with.

I think he has more value than Bibby at this point of time and has a smaller salary as well.
