Just to expand, once I got done chuckling I started thinking about what kind of ego issues might Kevin be going through now, watching Tyreke lead the team back to respectability while Kevin collects butt-splinters from sitting on the pine. He can't really imagine that he is going to step right back in and take the ball out of Reke's hands.....at least, I HOPE he is not that stupid. Anyway, I guess thats why we had that whole "Will Kevin Buy In" thread....

I've mentioned it before but Martin is very anxious to get back and play WITH Evans. He's not ego-driven; never has been except perhaps from some of the usual growing pains that come with all of a sudden being a multi-millionaire athlete but even then I can't recall hearing anything to indicate a lasting problem.

Martin wanted Evans from the beginning. He meets him as he comes off the court and they spend a lot of time talking about various players, plays, etc.

Kevin is not stupid; and he's not a domination ball-hog. There are things about his game you can criticize but this isn't one of them. Honest.

Right now we have Nocioni spotting up for the three. Nocioni has, and still is a very inconsistant three point shooter. Substitute Martin for Nocioni and the team becomes more effecient from that point of view. When Martin comes back I would move Greene over to the three spot, and then get on the phone and start presuing a deal for Nocioni. Hopefully for a big man.
