Notice of Preparation
On April 12, 2013, the City of Sacramento kicked off the environmental review process for the proposed downtown Entertainment and Sports Center (ESC) and related development.
It is anticipated that the environmental process will take approximately 12 to 14 months to complete from the issuance of the Notice of Preparation (NOP), with a draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) available for public review in spring 2014.
