[Game] Preseason Game 5: Kings Vs. Lakers via Las Vegas, 7 pm PST, 10/13/10

Anybody else kinda peeved that this neutral site for an exhibition game only has the lakers logo on both sides of the court?

It's not a neutral site. They've been playing there in the preseason for decades, they've just been Kings and LA games in recent yrs because of the Maloof connection. Last time I can remember Sac playing LA in the preseason elsewhere was in Fresno in 2004 and in Hawaii in 94 (LA was the first team you played in your new black/purple motif).

But somebody has to be the home team, and in the preseason in Vegas, it's the Lakers...hence the Laker logo on the court.

Nobody 'has to' be the home team during a preseason game.

I went to one of those preseason games in Vegas a few years ago, and believe me it was a home game for the Lakers. I would say that about 85% of the fans there were cheering for the Lakers. And most of the Kings' fans were brought there by KHTK1140 as part of a promotion.
