A member of my weekly Bible study was just killed in a six-vehicle accident yesterday afternoon in Antelope. Please pray for Matthew's family including his fiance, whom he was to be married to in just two weeks. :(

I have a friend that lives in Sweden. I got an email from her brother today saying that the doctor told the family she may only have 6 months to live. :( She's still very young & beautiful, only 23. If you can, please pray for my good friend, Aria in Sweden.
This is really hard for me to take cause I live so far from her. :(

Dear Lord,

Every single evening
As I'm lying here in bed,
This tiny little Prayer
Keeps running through my head.

God bless all my family
Wherever they may be,
Keep them warm and safe from harm
For they're so close to me.

And God, there is one more thing
I wish that you could do,
Hope you don't mind me asking!
Please bless my computer too.

Now I know that it's unusual
To Bless a motherboard,
But listen just a second
While I explain it to you, Lord.

You see that little metal box
Holds more than odds and ends,
Inside those small compartments
Rest so many of my friends.

I know so much about them
By the kindness that they give,
And this little scrap of metal
Takes me in to where they live.

By faith is how I know them
Much the same as you,
We share in what life brings us
And from that our friendships grew.

Please take an extra minute
From your duties up above,
To bless those in my address book
That's filled with so much love.

follow up...Nancy(who is like a second mother to me) is scheduled to go in next week for a partial masectomy(sp?). Apparently, it was worse than they thought. Please continue to have her in your prayers. Thank you.

Prophetess, I have added Colleen to my prayers. I know how difficult it is to lose a loved one during the holiday season. I shall pray for God's comfort that only He can give.

my prayers for her as well. and for my cousin's wife Colleen,who just had her baby and is now traveling to her father's funeral(he died yesterday) with her sister.

My thoughts and prayers to all who have asked in this thread. What a great way to communicate the need for prayer and receive encouragement from so many.
I will add a request for my family also...I will be going down next week as my mom will be having surgery on Thursday for breast cancer, and then will be having 6 weeks of radiation. As of now, she is not scheduled for chemo..unless it is worse than they think after they operate. For that I am thankful.
