Yes, with the caveat that players whose contracts are expiring, or whose contracts might end due to a player option, may not be traded. For the Kings, that means Lyles, LaRavia, McDermott, Crowder, and Fultz can't be traded. Additionally, Isaac Jones and Terence Davis cannot be traded since they were signed less than 3 months ago.
So technically, we only have 8 players who can be traded: Sabonis, LaVine, DeRozan, Monk, Keegan, Valanciunas, Carter, Keon. (Obviously that's unlikely to change much once the offseason begins, because the untradeable guys above won't be big S&T options.)
