Potential Free Agent/Trade/Sign Tracker, '25-'26 Season

I’m not sure why we want an undersized guard. Also, he had an injury to his toe and I’d like to see his m play before trading for him, if we do. It’s also a problem because we would be spending a fortune on a guard when we need wings.
I’m okay with his size if we see him as a lead guard. I keep hearing we need to address that position too and Garland is proven and only 25.
He is pricey and any injury is a concern, but yeah I like him more than most players suggested.

On 1140 there's a lot of negativity on DDR's trade value and a lot of talk about stuff being done in summer of 2026. In other words, run it back.....

Personally, I see no reason why Miami should be interested in DDR. If the logic is that Miami failed in getting Durant so of course they should be interested in DDR, I'm not getting the logic. Durant is a 3-point artist, while DDR is a relic of another era. Miami likes defense; DDR has got no defense. If Perry gets much for DDR from any team he'll earn some points from me.

I don’t know how much Bam and Herro would like just standing there watching Derozan spam iso post ups too

Miami couldn’t score. Demar can. Seems pretty simple to me. He has his faults but he is a bucket.

Brother they went out of there way to mention the young guys and leave Carter out were trading Carter before we see him on the floor after a summer of training. There’s no atta Bebe perry here he gone

Deal is probably Monk and Jonas for RJ

I'd be fine with that RJ trade and just take the gamble on RJ's talent at the wing spot.

We'll see on Carter. I find it hard to believe that a coach in DC's mold is going to want to give up on Devin Carter so quickly.

Miami is always looking to put the screws on a team though. They always feel like their role players deserve star value. Riley is old school. He's probably not pulling off one of these sell the farm for a Bane level player type of deal. The only thing they have going for themselves right now is they're in the East.

Riley definitely thinks he’s smarter than he actually is at this point. Definitely not selling the farm for Derozan but Wiggins + 20 for Derozan and seconds or something along those lines isn’t crazy. Depends how much they do or do not value Wiggins

So because DDR scores from the midrange, he’s a “relic” so do the points not count or something? There’s value in a guy who can get buckets and get to the line. No one’s saying he doesn’t have flaws, but he’s still elite at getting buckets and getting to the line.

Miami sends Wiggins to Kings no 20 to Toronto
Kings send DEMAR and two 2nds to Miami
Kings send Monk and Jonas to Toronto
Toronto sends Barrett and No 9 to Kings

Miami and Toronto get players they want
And send out players they want
Kings get Barrett and Wiggins and no 9 for a Pg

That would be awesome value. No way the Kings can pull that off. Then the team in the end is even wonkier than the Raptors are with their team full of wings haha.

I saw one on Twitter lavine and 3 future 1st for Jaylen brown. I like it can still do monk, ddr trades to get a pf or sf he’ll throw Carter at Boston also.

It was a clown offer the guy justified it by saying look what they traded Porzingis for his opinion on anything is invalid after that statement and offer

And this makes no sense for the PG part. A rookie PG is for a total rebuild, which is why it makes no sense they are trying to get into the 1st round for a PG. PG take 3+ years to get where they need to be for a playoff team. It's rare for a rookie to be able to contribute like that.

Exactly. Especially these ones This doesn't look like a strong PG draft at all. Fears looks to have some potential, but he's not that great on defense, doesn't really have the tools to be, he's not an out of this world athlete and is somewhat raw for a team trying to win. The rest of them are decent but all of them look to have question marks in some way. If Jase Richardson, Saraf, Proctor, or even Martin are all 25+. Just get there. I wouldn't be suprised to see any of them end up the better NBA player. Demin and Jakucionis are interesting but not worth a major deal. Demin looks like a cross between Tristan Da Silva with Giddeys game. Again, if the Kings are in love with anyone be in love with someone like Fleming or Coward. Just go full boom/bust.
