As I've mentioned before, he's basically been given more minutes the last 2.5 years than any other player so unproductive to start his career in NBA history.
If the team comes out and quits here then who knows, and frankly who cares. If that happens Ben is gone, as are many people in a few months. If we manage to keep contact and make a run down our final 20 games (when the schedule gets soft, not that that ever matters to us), then there is no "play Ben". There is, however, as always, Ben plays himself back into minutes by actually helping the team. Oddly that is supposed to be the relationship -- Ben isn't supposed to be some suckling orphan drawing constant concern and attention, he's supposed to be a professional helping the organization paying him millions of dollars to win some games. He's welcome to do that at any point, and if he does, then yes he should play.
