Petrie signed to extension

Signed for 5 more years. Just heard this on the radio. Great news!

Great News today....now if we can only win tonight! That would make my friday evening!

When Mike and Grant said there was going to be a news conference....my first thought was..........

I thought a trade was going down.
 
Petrie is not the savior, he doesn't guarantee the Kings a championship, but what he does virtually guarantee is good, competitive basketball and plenty of hope.

Good move.
 
It was not like - it is a rocket science to resign him. Just look at the rest of the league. If one does nothing - he is still better than most GMs who make one stupid move after another.
GP is to 5 GM in this league.

When I saw this thread...I thought Petrie signed a free agent or a trade too.
"Petrie signed....(insert player)" Instead, it was Petrie that was signing to be the Kings GM longer! :D
