If TMac winds up getting the Kings both A.I. and Sammy I would consider it a huge success.

I just think that if Geoff really does now control the TMac asset, he should be working the phones feverishly to see if there is some team out there willing to make us an offer that will net us more than the NY package.

Off the top of my head Philly, Chicago, New Jersey, and Miami should have interest. Maybe try and get Nets 1st round pick + fillers?

Apparently TMac's agent is hard at work doing just that. Too bad this trade didn't happen a day earlier as we've only got the morning tommorow to make something happen.

Thing is if TMac could really have landed the Philly duo, or Noah, or any of that type of yummy package, wouldn't the Rockets have jsut done that themselves? Or maybe they really wanted Kevin that much -- as much as rocekts fans are crying, he really is the perfect fit down there, especially wiht Adelman as coach.

In any case, I ain't picky now. Being able to move TMac for pieces is gravy for us. If we can do it for anythgin like the Philly types, or get Memphis involved with Thabeet, or somehow pry Noah or I guess even Thomas out of Chicago, whatever, its all gravy and could make this a very strong deal. And if not, worst case we take a lesser package or have just cleared a bunch of salary to go chase free agents with.

Wow surprise move I would of never thought we would get the holy grail of moving pieces and a very legit scoring hustling tough player in Landry. Dorsey if he gets it together could be a rebounding machine.

If a third team does get involved I would hope it would be Philly AI2 would be perfect or even if we could package tmac somewhere to dump him wit Noc, I am perfectly fine with rolling with Greene/Garcia/Beno at the 2 to be rid of Nocioni.
