Peja tonight?

I was on the ESPN board and it said that we will be without Webber and without Peja...Is this true? Webber played last night and seemed fine! I hope he plays tonight!!

On the radio, they said Peja will not play tonight. They are hoping he will be back against Minny for the Sunday afternoon game.

Webber seemed everything BUT fine, IMHO. If that ankle is causing him any problems at all, I'd just as soon he flew home. I'd rather see him miss Houston and Minnesota in January than in May or June.

If this keeps up I would not be entirely anti the idea of moving Peja to the IL when Mo comes off of it. There is really no point to running Peja out there at less than 100% for games here in Jan/Feb. If its a significant issue, give him a little rest and hopefully he comes back stronger and healthier for when it really matters.

Gary Gerald had talked to RA and seemed to think Webb will give it a go. Peja will not play for sure we'll have to wait and see if Webb will go for sure. Or if he will be effective if he does.

I think both Peja & CWebb should rest. Webber did his best last night but you could tell by his facial expressions that he was hurting. It would be kick a$$ to see the Kings Peja-less & Webber-less beat the Rockets. I think they can do it.
