Come on Wax, his game tonight was pathetic. All I ever hear is how its up to some other player for him to do well, it's just wrong and it's getting old.

I agree with you and there will be bad games from Pedja that I will not be upset about. Those will be the games where he shows more effort then today.
 
Peja is slow reacting to the ball and it was very obvious in this game. He would have had a steal on Maggette, but he ran off down the court without checking to see where the ball was. He watches a lot of rebounds and was late on rotations in this game.
 
when they did the stat line match up between Bobby Simmons and Peja i remember thinking to myself "i know he hasn't played well this game but i MUST of read that stat line wrong" so i rewound it...sure enough 6 pts 1 reb...a FG in the first half and a field goal in the second half...and i remember the rebound was off of Chris Kaman's clanker of a FT....who would of thunk this...i thought for sure he was gonna go off in this game...he is overdue for a spectacular game don't ya think?

Relax. Take a deep breath and live a little. I was joking about the overrated discussion we have been having for a few years now.
 
Peja is officially a joke. I've had enough of seeing his *** stand around on nearly every offensive possesion. Someone tell this guy that it is possible TO MOVE WITHOUT THE BALL. I wonder where we'd be at if we'd traded PEJA for Brian (HE"S GREAT), Corliss, and Kenny????? I ask only one of two things from Peja: 1. Play defense or 2. Score lots of points. He did neither tonight as Simmons lit his *** up and as for number two, what did he have? Six frickin points?? OH WELL WE WON, GO KINGS.

but like piksi said we WON so im not gonna spend too much time harping on it...but like BW said we will see how he does once B-52 comes back...i wonder if that has anything to do with it...now that you mention it
 
The only time I noticed Peja was when he was not going for the loose balls. There were a few cases of him just bending over while others are diving around him.

That said, I'm glad we won and hope Peja stays tuned and plays big for us.
 
I would have played MO Evans than Pedja tonight,,,Pedja could have gotten a ball that was on the ground if he would have just drop to one knee, instead he half-*** bended over and let a clipper come up the ball that led to a lead score.. I say let him come off the bench until he gets his game back and if he doesn't like it, than he is bieng selfish.

I appreciate and in general sahre this sentement but I will remind you that earlier this year you often demanded that the Kings should be blowing teams out, espcialy non-play off teams like the Clips. Had Pedja simply hit 8 of 10 in stead of 2 of 10 there is 12 more points, maybe no blow out but not a close game either.

I agree.

This is Pedja's worst game since I can remember. It should only get better.

Is was a win that's right. But without Mike Bibby where will we be?

Bottom line is, Peja did nothing to help us get this win.

It goddamn should be. He has talent he just does not care that is problem. He is to worried about gettting down the floor then defensive rebounding. His effort on the boards is the most pathetic thing on his stat sheet.

Rebounding is 20% skill and 80% effort. He brought neither today on the boards.

Things changed around here. Haven't You noticed ?
Kings have to play great to blow teams out. Any win is a good one.

At lease Pedja did not go 2-21 because we would not have survived. He stopped at 2-10 ( balanced scoring 3 pts per half ;) )

My point was that we still won a game. If we lost it - the story would have been different

Why bring Webber into this. It is Pedja's fault he was the one who was pathetic tonight. We should of lost this game if it was not for super clutch Bibby tonight.
Imagine if we would have lost today would you feel the same about our supposely number one scorer.
