The city of Sacramento rallied around the Kings for some reason, despite the fact that it’s one of the historically worst franchises that the NBA has ever seen. When the threat of relocation to Seattle presented itself, former NBA player and current Sacramento mayor Kevin Johnson stepped in to save the day, helping a new…

**** Eddie Vedder. I get great satisfaction from typing the letters even though they are blotted out by the forum censor. :)

I'm not even going to waste any angst on this. Talk about a stupid non-story. Does anyone really care what some stupid musician has to say? Not a fan of Pearl Jam, never have been, but it wouldn't matter anyway. I don't listen to musicians if they're doing anything other than playing music. I'll save my **** somebodies for the Lakers ... or Chris Paul ... or Lebron James.

:p

Lazy. Perhaps even a little girlie.

Anger has nothing to do with it; "**** him" is the exact expression that I would use IRL to dismiss someone's stupid opinion. You forget, my dear, that I'm a sailor: to me, "****" isn't just an invective, or a pejorative, it's also a noun, a verb, an adjective, an adverb, a preposition... hell, I even use it as a comma...

So, when I say "Tell Eddie Vedder to **** Eddie Vedder," that's not being said out of anger, it's just general contempt for a washed-up rocker who felt like he had to put his two cents in, some six months after the fact. But, that said, seriously, **** Eddie Vedder, and the horse he rode in on.

It's a useful word. I've used it as an exclamation point but never a comma. Also when I was young, we'd insert it into a word like dis-****ing-connected.

Sounded like he was under the influence of something.. I hope that is the case, otherwise why would he have more animosity towards Sacramento than Oklahoma City as it appeared (although it probably was all tongue in cheek)?

Eddie is seriously slammed in that video. The fact that he wasn't passed out is a testament to his intestinal fortitude.
