My only hang up here is how Cleveland values Shumpert. We have seen what gay can do given the shot attempts. He can't get that volume here. I think he would thrive in Orlando. And Shumpert would give them some of the defense back that they lose. Now U.S. On the other hand while we lose a solid #2 I think we become a little more rounded with defense and with rebounding while still having some scoring just spread over two players instead of one. Our #2 then becomes defense

Just thought of something. Cleveland in pursuit of Kosta as well I understand. So to take the sting off the Shumpert loss. Maybe kosta in there for mosgov. Only if the original doesn't fly.

I think Orlando says no. It doesn't net them back enough. Shumpert is really redundant because of Fournier and Hezonja. He can play the 2, but they'd have no need for him. He'll kill the floor spacing Orlando desperately needs.

How about this trade?

It makes perfect sense for Orlando and Chicago. For the Kings, it comes down to whether or not we feel like Rudy+Belinelli is worth Oladipo. We'd also be forced to start Casspi at the 3.

I think it would be perfect for us mostly because Oladipo can be a #2 option, and I think he has potential to be a semi-franchise player too.

I think Olidipo is being overvalued here. And Rudy Gay being vastly under valued. I think Gay and Ben for Harris and Olidipo is even trade. I just know Orlando wants vets. Throwing Noah in the mix just to be throwing him doesn't make sense. Frontcourt for the first time in years is not a problem for us right now. I wouldn't give up Gay for Harris alone and I wouldn't give up Gay for Olidipo alone. But the two for Gay and Ben is even. Bellinelli and Gay I wouldn't do either. I also don't trust t omri as our only SF. He is a great bench guy but full time starter not only takes away from the starting unit but takes away from the bench

I didn't see you put KK and Mozgof in there
It was an afterthought in post #5. I'd like to keep KK mosgov would be a downgrade. But if it got us Harris and Olidipo id go with it. I would not do the other proposals going around of KK and Ben for iman and mosgov.

Lol Orlando pretty much disconnet every single communication decvice they have

Dipo please. For christ's sake, if there is even a remote chance in acquiring Victor, you shoot for it. There's that perimeter defender we've all been waiting for who also has a killer instinct. Sign me up.

I can't see Orlando doing that deal. Harris and Gay are a very similar type of player in terms of production and contribution, though admittedly Harris' numbers are down this year. And Shrumpet isn't really much more than a role player. For me, they lose more in this deal than staying out because Oladipo and Harris are better than what they get in return.

For us, this would be a win because we'd gain two young, talented players that would slot into our starting line up. They'd bring more energy and athleticism, and would help on the defensive end as well. If this deal was real, I'd do it in our position; but in Orlando's, I can't see any reaction other than hanging up.

Payton, Jennings and dipo. Unless they don't consider dipo a pg anymore, that's too many vying for the same position.

Do it Vlade!

Oladipo has started at SG last season and this season when Payton has started. The addition of Jennings certainly helps them at PG, and keeps Oladipo at SG rotating with Hezonja.

I think this deal they made helps the balance of their team, and will allow them to give more time to Gordon who needs more minutes. Unless of course Skiles gives the minutes to Ersan, in a typical Skiles move.
