...“I saw how frightened she was and I think everything was so overwhelming for her,” he said following Tuesday’s shootaround. As a result, Casspi decided that he needed to do something follow up with her for braving through what happened.

He brought her to the Kings practice facility to give her a singing Elsa doll from the animated hit Frozen, complete with light-up jewelry and Olaf. “I figured it would be nice to give her a present and have a talk with her.”...

Now that is the kind of thing I would expect one of our Kings to do. Good on ya, Omri. Good on ya. :)

Why do I have to question whether this was actually Omri's idea, or if the crack Kings PR team came up with it?

Is it scary to anyone else that this team's PR has been so abominable that it is believable that Omri would come up with it instead of them?

Doesn't matter if his idea or the team's PR idea, still a very nice gesture from a very nice person.
Paul Pierce's foul was a dirty and disgusting foul, and it's not very pleasant when a basketball player who weighs 220 punds comes crushing down all over a little girl who weighs 50 pounds.
He apologized for it even though it wasn't really his fault, I'm sure the girl is feeling alright, but I bet he feels better now that he knows it.

Omri has been a much better person/teammate in this current stint with the team. In his first stint with the Kings, there were times where he would be mad for not being a main featured player and would show it. This year, I've seen him cheer for his teammates regardless of playing time and have shown just a much better all around body language. I'll give him benefit of the doubt that this was his idea and not the vivek gang because Omri did really look concerned after landing on the kid. And he yelled at Pierce, likely to express his displeasure of being pushed into the kid. Good for you Omri.

Omri in general is a good person, you can see it without even saying a word to him. He is a class act now if he can just keep improving maybe the Kings can have a use for him next season...
