Okay, who is this crazy guy?

I just caught a snippet of this news story last week on the TV while at a laundromat. I think this player is in the NFL?? It looked like he is in trouble with whatever league he is a member of because of the way he dresses. Apparently, in his book, it’s Halloween year-round. One time he appeared to the media after a game dressed as Dracula. Another time it was a cowboy. And so on, and so on. Because he keeps appearing to the media dressed in costumes, he is now in trouble with his league. In this interview I saw, he was defending himself, saying that he was going to dress any way he wanted to, and that the league could just go ahead and fine him all they wanted to. For this interview, he was wearing a big top hat and funny glasses. This story gave me a good laugh that lasted all day long!! Does anyone know who I am talking about and what sport league he is a player for? He is my hero.

He is not in trouble for his costumes, it was for an illegal faceshield and different colored socks.

i loved his skits. his accents were hilarious.
