Tannehill would be just fine.
I wasn’t being sarcastic, he’d do just the same as Jim if not a little better.
He's mobile Jim
I accidentally slept through my alarm on this one too so you’re welcome.
LaFleur truly is a Shanny disciple. What are the Packers doing with the clock in the 3rd....down 17 pts and milking the clock.....not the sharpest tool in the shed.
that's game.....Packers are in real danger of missing playoffs this year.... they look like below .500 team which is where they are.LaFleur truly is a Shanny disciple.
If true, that was probably ill-advised for a 5th rounder. Wilson is better than that - worth at least a 3rd or maybe a 2nd, or two fifth rounders. I guess Mitchell is on track for recovery in 2 weeks. Still, getting rid of depth - they could've waived the 4th back and kept Wilson at 3rd.
I like Wilson but to get any value out of him is nice. He’s unsigned next year and they drafted two guys just this last draft… with CMC and Eli back, there’s just no room.
We’ll certainly see how ready RB’s 3 & 4 are when either CMC or Eli get banged up in the future.
Getting a 5th for Wilson is just about right. And yeah while Wilson has been great, the 49ers are going to be getting back Mitchell and TDP fairly soon. Good sell high opportunity and we get one of the picks back sent in the CMC deal. Good stuff.
Given the injury history and the amount Shanahan likes to call runs, I think this is not a good trade taking away some quality depth. Dolphins recognize and picked up a steal at the Niners cost. It's a gamble on health.
