Marshall Faulk is a pretty good comparison. Faulk was faster and more elusive, but Samuel is harder to physically take down.....when I watched clips of college with Samuel.....that immediately stood out, how strong he looked....DBs have alot of trouble bringing him to the ground. He is reminiscent of John Taylor in that way, and probably even better.

Shanahan doesn't get much credit for his use of Samuel. If your QB isn't that good at getting your receivers the ball downfield, then get them the ball in other ways. Screen passes and reverses have been very effective and now he's just straight up running the ball here and there to the tune of 8 yards per carry.
 
How poorly the Seahawks are playing, they can easily turnaround and beat the 49ers.....who have alot of trouble with them kinda similar to the Rams having trouble with 49ers.
