Who will it be?

I say Martin, but if he doesn't come back any time soon, it won't be this year.

It may not happen for a while... is that player even on our roster?

Kinda depends on how you define "on our roster": :D

kevin martin is all star caliber, but out west im not sure if he'll get in, kings are gonna need to be competitive first, and in order to be competitive we're gonna need a second piece= that second piece will get teh credit. i am inclined to think we will get an all-nba pg in this next years draft who will be an all star fixture for the next 15 years.

i had to pick "other" since you neglected to put Spencer Hawes as an option.

:)

I think, because of the number of guards up against Martin, that Hawes at center actually stands a better chance of making it to the February funfest eventually.

I would say the same. Does Freshman/Sophomore game count since we haven't had a player play in that game since its inception? (We may even have two this year!!)

You're talking about the rookie/sophomore game right? Because Hawes has almost no chance of making it into the All-star game. I didn't even know anyone was even thinking about that, let alone predicting it. His numbers just aren't there yet, no matter how easy it is to get in as a center.

If Martin comes back strong soon and has a few 40 pt games then we could definitely see him in the game this year. Hawes or JT in the future? We'll have to see.

...sigh...

No, I'm not talking about the rookie game. If I were, I would say so.

I'm talking about the possibility of Spencer Hawes becoming an all-star at some point in the future. I don't think anyone said we were talking about this season. You might want to re-read the initial post since I think the premise went totally over your head in your zeal to disagree with me again.
