Behind Arco Arena?!?!?!

I saw something on News 13 by R.E. Graswich that said the cal expo location is on life support and there are 100 acres of undeveloped land behind Arco or something like that

I really don't see this happening. This is an opinion article but Graswich has insider knowledge. The real implication is, what happens with cal expo, if anything.

FYI? Graswich HATES the Maloofs and would be dancing in the streets if Sacramento lost the Kings. I wouldn't take anything he rants about very seriously...
