No, as a matter of fact he DIDN'T take all of Cisco's minutes and he's not going to.
They are both going to get minutes. BOTH OF THEM. #23 AND #32.
How long is it going to take for people to realize they both have something to contribute and there is a really good reason Petrie selected both of them.
When interviewed after the game, Kevin was asked about who should get more playing time.
"It's NOT Kevin vs. Cisco," he said. "It's about Kevin AND Cisco doing everything they can to help their team win."
Kevin gets it...

Once Peja gets back we could very easily see:
Bibby, Kevin, Cisco, KT and Miller on the court
OR
Bibby, Kevin, Cisco, Reef and Miller on the court
Our problem isn't at the 2/3. Our REAL problem is in finding someone competent to relieve Bibby. Of course, we might even see:
Cisco, Kevin, Bonzi, Reef and Miller on the court
OR
Cisco, Kevin, Peja, Reef and Miller on the court
There are a myriad of possibilities. Having THREE players with athleticism really opens up the variety of choices...
And, as you've indicated, it might change fairly often, depending on the match-ups.
(I didn't include all the possibilities and I showed Miller out there because I think the true key is not to have too many bench players on the court at the same time. If they're going to spell Miller, I don't think they should do it with Bibby and Peja off the court, for example.)
