So Reggie has his troops back, and so far the results have been mixed. The rusty, every-man-for-themselves game was against Toronto, and I bet Reggie will have it so we never have to see that style of game again. The firing-on-all-cylinders game was against Detroit, and that is the team Reggie would love to see on the floor night in and night out. The debacle against Indiana showed us what happens when the misfiring-on-every-cylinder team comes to play. The only other result is if the true bench (Salmons, Garcia, and to a lesser extent Douby, Jones, and Hawes) plays well and plays aggressive as they have been over the past few months.

Bricklayer and I agree that the thingy on Saturday should not be called a game because the word 'game' deserves more respect than that. The most amazing thing is that the pile of trash Pacers would actually be the 8th seed if the playoffs started today. They basically outsucked the Kings on Saturday, giving the Kings a win that by all rights neither team deserved. Should've given both teams a loss and called it a day. You know the other team is bad and your team is playing bad when Mikki Freakin Moore is the best player on the floor.

Dear Ron Ron,
You go by many names, but never have we called you a black hole. They have called you rampant, they have called you a Tru Warier, they have even called you the defensive player of the year. But never black hole. Ron, let me put this in a nut shell. A black hole is a vacuum in space that turns everything around it into itself. Vacuums suck. Ron, you suck the life out of our offense, making our offense suck, and therefore making the other team suck, and the announcer suck, and the crowd suck, and Grant and Jerry suck, and the Refs suck. What you did in Indiana on Saturday was horrible, no, terrifying. Please Ron, go back 5 weeks when you brought life into the offense. I would rather have you blowing kisses than sucking the life out of contests.
Sincerely, a very very concerned fan

This brings me to the Nets. They have the same issue as the Kings, where all their best players are perimeter players. Although I don't know which is worse-
being a team where finding a replacement for Mikki Moore is a tough job, or being a team where signing Mikki Moore is an upgrade. Unfortunately for the Nets, our perimeter players are not washed up and old like 2/3s of their big three. Our perimeter players are better than theirs, and frankly I think our sorry frontcourt is too.

Ron says he is going to opt out. See ya later Ron. Cisco is the only bench player whose production seems unaffected by Ron. Only his minutes are.

As far as All-star voting goes, here are my lineups.
WEST
pg: Steve Nash/ Baron Davis
SG: Kobe Bryant/Chris Paul (not his position but he should make the team)
SF: Carmelo Anthony/ Brandon Roy(again not his position but he deserves the spot)
PF:Tim Duncan/Carlos Boozer
C: Marcus Camby/Yao Ming
runners up: Deron Williams, Allen Iverson, Tyson Chandler, Kevin Martin (hurt too many games- he would be awesome in the 3 pt shootout though,) Dirk, Josh Howard, Manu Ginobli, Al Jefferson
EAST
pg: Chauncey Billups, Jason Kidd
sg: Ray Allen, Joe Johnson
sf: Lebron James, Paul Pierce
pf: Kevin Garnett, Caron Butler (not his position but deserving)
C: Dwight Howard, Chris Bosh (not his position but deserving)
runners up: Rip Hamilton, Jose Calderon, Andre Iguodala, Gerald Wallace, Josh Smith, Hedo Turkoglu, Antawn Jamison, Dwayne Wade (he's been playing his heart out but the rest of his team is trash,) Mo Williams
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Trades that need to happen- in Sac and the rest of the NBA
Jason Kidd to anywhere else
Ron Artest to anywhere else or John Salmons to highest bidder
Dwayne Wade to Minnesota
Dirk to Europe
Bibby to highest bidder
Miami's 1st rounf draft pick to Kings
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Pacers really suck. And it wasn't because Jermaine was missing because that dude hasn't exactly been wrecking house this season.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
AWARD TIME
TDM goes to Stephen Graham. I didn't even know Joey Graham had a twin brother.
LW-VC went to Troy Murphy because he didn't even look like a basketball player
RA&1 award went to Ron Ron for dribbling ten seconds off the clock every time he touched the ball and then jacking up a fadeaway.
Salmons gets the SAR - Methuselah award for taking yet another night off
WTF moment of the game goes to the whole freakin game
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Nets are up and it should be a jog in the park, but who knows if Sean Williams will show up with oven mitts again. Maybe Salmons finally gets over himself. If that happens, Kings have this game by fifteen.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Kevin - dont wait so late to score
Mike - pass the ball man
Ron - OMG
Brad - You should just go take the ball away from Ron if he gets it
Mikki - yaaaaaayyyyyy
Salmons - come on
Cisco - get your minutes back
Beno - bueno
rest - mateen
coach T - get em together
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The Nets are in the middle of a huge dive right now, partially due to a shockingly ineffective and unagressive Vince Carter and partially due to having really bad players. Kings can snip this one and work on chemistry and confidence while playing for a win. Boone gets TDM, Jason Kidd will have a cheap triple double (as cheap as they get,) and Vince Carter will have another off night.
