Actually, 6th, I had Illinois in my bracket, which pretty much DOES make the fact that whoever they were playing would be the winner a foregone conclusion;)

Wisconsin would have probably beaten any team from ACC except for UNC. Let me just remind you that Ohio State did not make the tournament only because of their self imposed sanctions, otherwise they would have been a tough team to beat as well. The whole Wake Forest thing was a joke. Anyway, what would have happened does not matter. The bottom line is that Big Ten had 3/8 in Final Eight and 2/4 in Final Four. Congratulations to North Carolina though.

And just a reminder: ACC/Big Ten challenge = preseason

It's a "statement" made by a student of University of Illinois and a fan of Fighting Illini basketball. It is a statement I am very proud of. So I was wrong in all but 2 games this season. Thats 36 ouf of 38. Interesting you didn't quote the other ones.

Anyway, how far did your 'school' go ?

I was on the topic until bitter fans of minor teams started insulting the Illini team, their achievement this year, all of Big Ten conference and finally my own faith in my own team. Oh well, that's the end of that.
